Additional advantages of the program include the eligibility of investors’ family members to obtain residency permits in Hungary, including spouses and children under 18. Real Estate Fund Investment:
This option allows investors to invest in real estate funds registered by the Hungarian National Bank. The minimum investment amount is €250,000. This is an appealing choice for those who want to invest in the real estate market without directly purchasing property.
€500,000
Real Estate Purchase:
This option involves purchasing residential real estate properties in Hungary worth at least €500,000. The properties should be free of liens and claims. This direct investment in real estate provides ownership and utilization of properties.
€1 Million
Public Trust Donation:
This option entails a minimum €1 million cash donation aimed at supporting educational, scientific research, or artistic activities. The donation is to be made to a public interest asset management foundation maintaining a higher education institution, contributing to the support of Hungary’s educational and research infrastructure.
These investment options not only contribute to Hungary’s economic development but also support local communities and institutions.
